2026 FALL MEETING
October 25-28, 2026
Indianapolis, Indiana

Hosted by Polycor in Indianapolis, Indiana

Join us for an exclusive event where you’ll connect with industry leaders, top stone fabricators, quarriers, equipment manufacturers, distributors, and importers. This gathering is a premier opportunity to network with colleagues, discuss the latest industry trends, and build the valuable business relationships that drive our industry forward.

This year, we are excited to offer a deep dive into the region’s rich limestone heritage. Our itinerary features an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the Empire Quarry and an exlusive screen viewing of the Victor Underground quarry. You’ll experience the best of downtown Indianapolis, from a Guided Walking Tour of the city’s historic architecture to a spirited “Wild West” closing dinner at the landmark Union Station.

Indianapolis in late October typically offers a crisp, refreshing autumn climate. You can likely anticipate daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to the low 60s Fahrenheit (13-17°C), which is ideal for our outdoor tour locations. Evenings will be cooler, averaging in the low 40s (5°C), perfect for a cozy evening in the hospitality suite after a full day of networking and exploration.

Early Arrival Ideas

For those arriving early, Indianapolis offers a variety of attractions to make your visit unforgettable. Racing enthusiasts won’t want to miss the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, while those looking for culture can explore Newfields Nature & Art Museum or the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians & Western Art.

If you’re looking for an active way to see the city, consider a scenic stroll along the White River Park Canal or gather a group for a Handlebar Pedal Bar Tour through the downtown streets. For a more relaxed start, enjoy a world-class breakfast at the local favorite Café Patachou, or test your swing at Back 9 Golf & Entertainment.

Indianapolis is a city of hidden gems, and we can’t wait to explore them with you!

Registration is now OPEN.
