Allied Stone Industries is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1959, aiming to providing a venue for companies to gather and discuss topics related to Natural Stone, helping them acquire a unique global industry perspective.
Since its inception, ASI members have been meeting once or twice a year, in order to advance its mission to:
- Encourage and foster friendly relations amongst its members,
- Provide opportunity for service to the building stone industry, as well as society in general,
- Promote and encourage the use of natural stone,
- Promote the discussion and advancement of modern methods of sales, fabrication, and quarrying of natural stone, and
- Encourage the development of machinery, tools, and equipment beneficial to the stone industry.
The Allied Stone Industries membership today is comprised of businesses from many different aspects of the Natural Stone Industry, which include, but are not limited to, natural stone quarriers, fabricators, distributors, importers and equipment manufacturers.
